Apple Pie Inspired Overnight Oats (Vegan, GF)

  1. In a small container or glass jar, add the oats, apples, cinnamon and nuts.
  2. Then add the almond milk and agave. Stir with a spoon.
  3. Store overnight for up to three nights. The oats will “cook” by soaking up the liquid!
  4. On the day you eat the oats, you can eat them cold or heat on the stove or in the microwave for a minute.
  5. Repeat this process for as many servings as you need!
