Ingredients
  • 6oz spaghettiof your choice, normally 1 serving size is 2 oz
  • 2cup package of firm tofuchopped, (cubed tofu, cooked chicken pieces, cooked beef pieces)
  • 3TBSP soup stock pasteOR 1 crushed up bullion cube
  • 2cup mixed frozen veggies
  • 4 baby bella mushroomsoptional
  • 1cup cilantrooptional
  • 1cup green onionchopped, optional
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package.
  2. Cook the frozen veggies according to the package (usually steamed on the stove or in the microwave). NOTE: you can add veggies frozen to the jars too and let them thaw overnight in the jar/container!
  3. While the pasta and veggies cook, slice up your mushrooms and protein.
  4. Assemble: add 1 tablespoon of soup stock paste/1 crushed cube to each container/jar. Then add the veggies, mushrooms and protein. Then add the noodles to each container. Lastly, add the cilantro or green onion if using. See instructions above for how to eat this when you’re ready and how to store it!
