It can last in the fridge for up to 4 days (but is best when eaten within 3). In the recipe below, I also include a vegetarian/vegan option! You just have to swap ONE ingredient to make it work (obviously the chicken).
I packed mine in a cooler and took it to the coffee shop, popped it open at lunchtime and it tasted perfect. But if you want warm it up, reheat it on the stove or in the microwave for 90 seconds.
