Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove and stir in the brown sugar. Set aside. Mix the oats, cinnamon, salt, and coconut flakes in a bowl. Pour in the brown sugar mixture and mix well with a spatula. Pour the oats onto a baking sheet and spread them out slightly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway. The oats should be golden brown in color when finished! Let them cool on the pan.
