How the meal plan program works:
The plans
When you sign up, you’ll immediately get a welcome email which includes an invite to join our private Facebook group. You’ll get access to your first plan on the Thursday after you sign up. It comes via email and you can also grab it on Facebook!
You can customize the meal plan and grocery list. You’ll get recipes that are available only to members. I’m on the plan with you, so you can always join me live on Instagram to watch me cook the meals.
The plans are set up so you do two smaller meal preps per week, but again, you can change the schedule based on your needs and preferences.
The food
Every week will include recipes for all diets. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free included.
As always, all of the recipes will provide instructions on how to properly make changes, switch up the ingredients AND you’ll be able to change the portion sizes right on the recipes!
To make the meals, you’ll need very basic kitchen equipment, access to a fridge and containers to put your food in. That’s it!
Each meal is built on the protein + veggie + carb template that I use, creating balanced, satisfying and delicious meals.
This is not a diet plan, the purpose is to get you in the consistent rhythm of meal prep!

In our Facebook group, Workweek Preppers, you’ll have a chance to connect with other people who are on the same journey as you. It will help motivate you to keep going and find more inspiration and support.

Why other plans don’t work:
1. They’re too restrictive.
Most meal plans usually involve a cooked meal from scratch almost every day of the week with no flexibility. That’s way too much cooking (and you end up wasting a ton of ingredients).
2. They’re too complicated.
Other meal plans usually involve uncommon (or expensive) ingredients that are difficult to find in general supermarkets. Or the recipes are so overwhelmingly long, you can never get motivated to whip them up.
3. They set you up for failure.
The goal of most meal plans out there is to help you lose weight. These plans aren’t sustainable and usually don’t last longer than two months (at the most).
What are you supposed to do when you’re done with the plan? You go back to eating normally and gain the weight back… or you just jump to the next diet, looking for a better “solution.”
Most plans hook you with false promises too. Lose 20 pounds in four weeks? Maybe it’s possible, but it’s certainly not healthy or sustainable.
The worst part? When we fail on other meal plans, we blame ourselves for not being able to follow directions or have “better self-control” when in reality, these plans were not setting us up for success in the first place.

Q: Will there be vegan and vegetarian recipes available?
A: Yes! Recipes will be available to accommodate the following diets: omnivore, pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.
Q: How are payments processed?
A: Currently, we are only accepting credit card payments and hope to accept PayPal in the future. You will be charged $7.99 each month. Right now, there are no yearly plans available.
Q: If I don’t like it, can I get a refund?
A: No, but you can cancel anytime with no strings attached.
Q: I’m cooking for my partner and myself. Will these plans work for two?
A: Yup! You can adjust the portion size right on the recipes and the ingredient amounts will automatically update. You can also reach out to me at talia@workweeklunch.com for help with doubling recipes or adjusting portions.
Q: I’m cooking for my family and myself. Will these plans work for a family?
A: Yup! We had a few beta testers who used the plans while cooking for their families and said the kids loved the meals too.
Q: What if I just want recipes, but not the meal plans?
A: Currently, there’s only one option, but in the future there might be a tier for just recipes. Stay tuned!
