Switch up the amount of herbs, swap out asparagus for chopped green beans, it’s up to you. But it’s easy and we LOVE that this tuna meal prep doesn’t need to be reheated.
Tasty Ahi Tuna and Watercress Poke Bowl
Think of this poke bowl almost like a deconstructed sushi roll, with ahi tuna, red cabbage, peppery watercress (have you ever had this?!), edamame, and rice. It’s definitely one of our fancier tuna meal preps, but you’ll love the flavors!
