When fall arrives, it’s natural to turn toward those foods that we associate with the season, and what is more fall than perhaps squash? (Ok, maybe apples. Have you gone apple picking yet?) But squashes, such as delicata, kabocha, butternut, spaghetti and, of course, good old pumpkin, are abundant. They store well and are ready to cook when you’re ready for them. Squashes of course are also great sweet or savory.
